Can I cancel my transfer?

You can cancel your transfer sending us an email or a WhatsApp.

Any canlation before 24h of the service get your full deposit back. If the cancelation is between 24h to 3h before the service it can have some aditional charges.

Do the driver or guide speak English?

Of course, all our driver speak fluent english. If you need the driver to talk another language, please contact us.

How can I pay my service?

You can pay through credit card, Paypal, Banc transfer or by cash.

If you have any issue in relation to the payment method, please contact us.

Do I have to pay in advance?

Is not mandatory, if you want to pay at the end of the service you only have to pay a 10% in order the confirm the reservation.

The vehicles of the company are registres officialy in Spain?

Yes, all our drivers work with official license of VTC and plenty of experience.

How many suitcases can I bring?

Between 4/6 suitcases can be place on the vehicle.
