The client may cancel a confirmed Transfer or Hourly Service booking with Excellence Chauffeur Barcelona up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival or pickup time of the first transfer. In such cases, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded, while the remaining 50% will be retained to cover administrative fees and any potential losses resulting from the reservation and/or blocking of the vehicle(s), as well as the guarantees provided for the service.If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, or if the client fails to show up without valid justification, no refund will be issued.
